I want to earn our customers trust first and foremost as a partner that can deliver and then over time earn the right to introduce innovations that will provide strategic value to their organisations." "Strategic value means contributing to our customer's success. We are introducing ways in which we can prove this, with new strategic frameworks, new disciplines, new models and a new level of expertise. My ambition is to change the perception of fleet, emphasise its strategic importance and take us into new territory for the Australian market." "Whilst it may be at a different point in the development cycle in global terms, there are elements to the Australian market that don't exist anywhere else, which is very exciting. By capitalising on these unique elements we''ll help customers meet their challenges today, as well as their needs tomorrow."
